Technocratic Authoritarianism Spreading Around the World as Pre-Cursor to the Pluto in Aquarius Years: Increased Use of Energy Weapons Against the People

Reports and video are coming in from various locations showing the increased authoritarian use of energy weapons against the people. Tasers have been used extensively on people for even the slightest of "infractions" since this global psychological operative began in early 2020. An attempt is being made to create a sense of normalcy in the public around the use of energy weapons on "dissenters." This manufactured sense of normalcy is social engineering, a pre-cursor to the Pluto in Aquarius years (2023 - 2044) when control, domination, and abuse will be attempted via technological and energy-based means.

Let's be very clear: authoritarian abuse, torture, and control via energy weapons is neither normal nor justified.

This horrifying video is from November 2020 in Sabadell, Spain. The woman has been identified only as Paula.

"A young woman in Sabadell, Spain is tased after trying to bring her mother to a psychologist’s appointment.

This violated the clinic’s policies on patients bringing people with them to appointments due to COVID-19, and they called the police."

This equally horrifying video is from Logan, Ohio, United States from September 2020. The tasing incident starts at 9:35 of this video.

"Wednesday afternoon Alecia Kitts was tased and arrested by a policeman while watching her son play a football game in Logan, Ohio. The video of this incident was taken by Tiffany Lynn Kennedy with her cellphone. I am so disgusted that a woman would be treated this way because she wouldn't wear a mask. Alecia Kitts had asthma, and was not able to wear a mask."

Tasers are classified as non-lethal weapons, but this does not mean they are safe or that they will not cause serious injury or death. It just means that their use brings less of a risk of death than the use of lethal weapons.

It's impossible to know how many people have been killed by tasers since they started being used by police forces worldwide. In 2017, Reuters reported 1,005 deaths in the United States alone that involved the use of tasers. This statistic, of course, represents only officially known and reported cases. 

Spiritual Sovereignty as the Long Game Ahead of the Next Saturn-Pluto Conjunction

As spiritually sovereign beings, we reject the technocratic control being planned for humanity during the Pluto in Aquarius years (2023 to 2044). We reject any artificial and socially-engineered version of life imposed on us top-down without our input or consent. We reject a world where machines (and machine-like people) make our decisions for us based on data-collection, privacy-annihilation, and algorithms. We reject the imposition of manufactured values that are not our values - a key Uranus in Taurus theme. We choose a life that is governed by us from a spiritually-sovereign state, according to our own spiritual guidance, principles, and conscience. 

 

We know they're coming for the very spirit of us. This is what they cannot control, cannot enslave, cannot contain, no matter what they do to our physical bodies. We can see it coming decades ahead. We can see it coming in the Pluto in Pisces years (2043 to 2068). 

 

Saturn and Pluto form a conjunction at 14 degrees Pisces on July 10, 2053 and then again at 13 degrees Pisces on February 1, 2054. Authoritarian forms (Saturn) that attempt to bring an annihilation (Pluto) of spirituality and the human spirit (Pisces). This includes the proliferation of false forms of spirituality or a false God. Domination and control through a poisoned or poisonous (Pluto) version of spirituality (Pisces). Poisoning the human spirit.

 

These silly machinations are all so predictable, aren't they?

 

The mysterious inner knowing; the magic of living; the beautiful, organic flow; the love and connections that link us through time, space, and location - this is what they have their sights set on. This is what the fools think they can stamp out of existence. Our spiritual sovereignty - governed by connection to a higher power or to our own consciences or both. The energetic transcendence of physical life and its forms. The unifying energy. This is what they think they can take from us. 

When the machine tells us to live in a way that contravenes our own consciences or spiritual principles, they want us so mind-controlled that we choose the machine...

 

The Saturn-Pluto conjunction at 22 degrees Capricorn on January 12, 2020 was an astrological indicator of the largest authoritarian power grab in human history. There has been an attempt to gain complete control over the structure and function of daily human life. This power grab was fed by the largest and most elaborate psychological operative ever carried out against the people of Earth, and this psychological operative is ongoing.

 

The next Saturn-Pluto conjunction is in Pisces in 2053/54, and we can already see the astrological writing on the wall. In light of this, a firm re-commitment to our spiritual sovereignty is in order, along with regular renewal of that commitment in our conscious minds, words, and deeds.

But back to the Aquarian infusion we're experiencing now... 

Uranus in Taurus, Agenda 21/2030, and the Forced Depopulation of Rural Areas Via Unnatural Disaster (Ongoing)

These are photographs of smoke in the air from forest fires. There are a few in my Canadian province, but most is coming from Washington, Oregon, and California in the United States. The key thing to understand about the levels of smoke seen in these photographs is: there are mountains in the background that cannot be seen because they have been entirely blotted out by smoke. You can smell smoke indoors with the windows closed. It's causing headaches and breathing problems.

 

 

 

I'm reposting an article after the page break that I wrote in early January 2020, just as Saturn and Pluto were coming together in historic conjunction at 22 degrees Capricorn. The Saturn-Pluto conjunction was exact January 12, 2020, and the authoritarian orchestrations that have been played out by the power establishment since then have been beyond belief for most people.

Lord of the Underworld Pluto, moving retrograde, has now returned to 22 degrees Capricorn where it will station direct on October 4. As Pluto re-activates the degree of the historic Saturn-Pluto conjunction, with Saturn Rx conjunct at 25 degrees Capricorn, we are experiencing an intensification of orchestrated Hell on Earth. 

One aspect of this orchestrated Hell on Earth comes in the form of manufactured drought and heat followed by forest fires that have been (at least in part) intentionally set.

Pallas Athene, Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto all station direct in Capricorn in the span of one month - from September 5 to October 4. This makes for a very intense period of time when establishment orchestrations are in overdrive, and the people are required to actively resist each step of the way. We're required to choose a different way and to keep choosing that different way in the face of near-relentless social engineering, manipulation, lies, and authoritarian attempts at control.

Yesterday, people all over Canada came together to protest the authoritarian "lockdown" and everything that goes along with it. They came together to assert their natural-born freedom and sovereignty. There were more than 100,000 people marching through the streets of Montreal, Quebec. Hundreds gathered in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta. Today, amidst all the smoke, thousands are gathering to march in Vancouver, British Columbia.  

Make no mistake. The people are refusing the authoritarian world order. You won't see this covered in any meaningful way on mainstream media. If you do see it covered, you'll see major downplaying of the numbers of people involved, along with the insinuation that we're crazy conspiracy theorists or that we're selfish. (Personal freedom isn't selfish.)

Major Aquarius Ingresses 2020 - 2023: Resisting 5G Technology, Energy Weapons, and the Creation of Digitized Dystopian Hell

We're currently experiencing an orchestrated global pandemic that was designed, in part, to test the control grid of the power establishment. This is a drill. It's a test. It began in earnest as Saturn and Pluto formed a conjunction in Capricorn (exact January 12, 2020 at 22 degrees) to kick off the new year and the new decade. Saturn conjunct Pluto in Capricorn is a symbol related to locked-down hierarchical control, particularly involving infrastructures, institutions, corporations, and finance. 

The power establishment is making sure it has the control-based infrastructure in place and that it's all working smoothly, in lock-step. They're monitoring "compliance levels" in the public and within public agencies while keeping those pesky non-compliants under close observation. They're shoring things up and working to stop any dissenting leaks, particularly information-based leaks.

The power establishment, through centralized Global Government bodies like the United Nations and the World Health Organization, is sending top-down directives to media outlets, institutions, and organizations throughout the world, reaching into our daily lives in unprecedented ways. 

They're flexing. They're disrupting our daily lives, not to mention the mental and emotional health of many of the poor people who are buying into it. They're attempting to show us who's in control, who's boss. (Though they actually never will be in charge, no matter how much Earthy control they appear to have...) They're restricting our movements and exerting control over our daily lives to an unprecedented degree, and this is going on world-wide, in lock-step. 

They don't call it the Global Government for nothing...

I wrote more about the subject in this February 27 article, particularly regarding the "terror of contagion" being created and the necessity to neutralize it.

The panic, terror, and mayhem being generated in the public by the absolute saturation of mass media with this subject have risen to epic peaks during a Mercury retrograde and transit through Pisces and late Aquarius. Mercury has now stationed direct (March 9) and will re-enter Pisces tomorrow night (11:42 p.m. PDT). The panic agenda enters a new phase...

Mercury is the planet related to the media, information, and the mind, and we can quite clearly see elements of contagion, dispersion, illusion, and confusion associated with the sign of Pisces. What is not so clear, what is being intentionally obscured, is the element of technology, as well as the shift into a future where people are being controlled and harmed through technology (Aquarius). 

The roll-out of 5G "super-speed" wireless occurred in Wuhan, China, in October 2019. 5G has also been rolled out in viral hotspot countries South Korea, Italy, Australia, and the United States. 5G was even being used aboard those Princess Cruiseline ships. 

Uranus in Taurus, Australia's 1,000-Year Fires, and Forced Depopulation of Rural Areas Via Unnatural Disaster

Uranian energy and themes are concentrating at the moment as Uranus prepares to go direct at 2 degrees Taurus on January 10.

The Uranus direct station occurs on the same day as a 20-degree Cancer Full Moon annular eclipse, which falls opposite the massive stellium in Capricorn that is kicking off this new year and new decade on Earth.

I've been reporting in an ongoing way on the programme of geoengineering, weather modification, and (un)natural disaster - all being blamed on that Big Bad Bogeyman "climate change" - that is being unleashed in an effort to destroy agricultural areas and rural infrastructures.

This is being done for a few different reasons. One is the destabilization of food markets, creating crop and food shortages or much more likely the psychological perception of crop and food shortages, which drives speculation and stock market/derivatives schemes. I've reported on this phenomenon in the past, including in this May 26, 2014 article, "Derivatives Schemes Shift from Grain to Cattle, Stock Market Speculation Drives Meat Prices Up Worldwide."

The wild swings in commodity prices make it difficult to farm or ranch from year-to-year, driving food producers into over-extension, lack, or even bankruptcy. When independent farmers and ranchers are no longer able to make a living on the land, this provides the opportunity for Big Agriculture to swoop in, creating further control of the food supply by corporate entities.

On a grander scale, though, the destabilizing and destruction of rural and agricultural areas is part of a concerted plan being brought down worldwide to depopulate rural zones.

Forced urbanization is part of an open plan, called Agenda 21 or Agenda 2030 ("sustainable development"), that has been laid out by the United Nations, one of the central social engineering-based agencies of the global fascist regime.

Under the astrological symbol of Uranus in Taurus (2018 - 2026), waves of trauma and upheaval are being intentionally created to depopulate rural and less urbanized areas and to take control of resources that have been in the hands of the people, particularly land, food, mined materials, and water.

The Age of Aquarius: a New Era of Energy Weaponry Used Against the People

A sonic weapon referred to as a Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) was unleashed on a crowd of peaceful protesters in Ferguson, Missouri by the St. Louis County Police Department in mid-August 2014.

Demonstrations and marches by citizens have been ongoing in Ferguson and across the United States in protest of the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, an unarmed African American boy who was shot six times by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson on August 9. The final shot, the shot that killed Brown, was to the head. Eyewitnesses say Brown's hands were in the air and he was attempting to surrender to Wilson just before he was shot to death.

The use of this sonic weapon by police against peaceful protesters in Ferguson is just the latest assault from a new arsenal of technological weapons designed for an era of energy warfare.

The piercing tone of an LRAD can cause permanent damage and even death to those assaulted by it.

Crowd Control with Long Range Acoustic Devices Can Cause Permanent Hearing Loss from the U.S. Academy of Doctors of Audiology:

"Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADs) may be used as close range sonic weapons against U.S. citizens as a form of non-lethal crowd control and dispersion. These sonic weapons are capable of inflicting severe, debilitating, permanent harm on U.S. citizens in the form of irreversible hearing loss, tinnitus, vestibular dysfunction, and barotrauma.

Weaponized use of LRADs or other acoustic hailing devices against U.S. citizens should be banned and deemed a violation of 14th Amendment rights, prosecutable by law.

The Academy of Doctors of Audiology calls on Congress to restrict the use of these devices on protestors exercising their lawful First Amendment rights."

Aquarius is a sign associated with science and technology. It is symbolized by two waves of current or electricity. As we move further into the astrological Aquarian era, tied to the precession of the equinoxes, we can expect unprecedented technological advances and discoveries, including in the form of energy weaponry.

The use of this energy weaponry in warfare and to maintain control over the public will be well established by the time Lord of the Underworld Pluto transits the sign of Aquarius (2023 to 2043). The fight to liberate technological advances and discoveries (as well as energy itself) for the collective good of humanity will be equally strong Pluto in Aquarius themes.

Energy weapons now at the disposal of the global police state (rising throughout the Pluto in Capricorn years 2008 - 2023) include tasers, electromagnetic frequency, and sonic weapons like LRADs.

Staying Safe in Toronto During the G20 Summit

The announcement that Toronto city police have purchased four Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADs) means Canada will now follow the United States' lead with the use of sound/energy weaponry against demonstrators. LRADs were used against protesters in Pittsburgh in September at the previous G20 Summit.

These weapons are highly dangerous, especially for energetically sensitive people, and should be avoided completely. Ear plugs or industrial hearing protection can help, but at a close enough range, I'm not sure even that will be enough to stop the effects of these things.

They're softening things by calling these LRADs "communication tools." Communication tools that can cause permanent hearing loss and inner ear damage, blood clots, aneurisms and can stop a pacemaker? The sound emitted is also being compared to the sound of a jet - sorry, but a jet was not purposefully designed to emit a frequency destructive to human beings.

Demonstrators can already expect massive police and military presence - to the tune of $930 million worth. This is almost ten times the original budget for security. Things have gone from insane to insaner. CS gas, pepper spray, water cannons filled with chemicals, rubber bullets - these are all to be expected and will be used on peaceful demonstrators. I was on the receiving end of these tactics at the Free Trade Area of the Americas protest in Quebec City in 2001, and it's not fun. They can have ill effects on your health and should be avoided. CS gas, in particular, contains organo-compounds that react with hormone levels, resulting in spontaneous menstruation. Very creepy.

Combined with the LRADs, this makes for a dicey scene, indeed.

I've written about the astrology of this weekend, and the energies call for strong caution and due care and attention to personal safety and well-being. Crowds can be stirred quite easily with the Pluto-infused tension of the eclipse/cardinal t-square energies. Emotions could be manipulated here, so be aware of your surroundings and the energetic undercurrents. Follow your own instincts - not the movements of the crowd.

Agents provocateur will be most likely be implanted in crowds to incite aggression and property damage, justifying police and military crack-down.

Police officer agents provocateur implanted to stir the shit were captured on video by legitimate protesters in Montebello, Quebec in 2007 at protests of the Security and Prosperity Partnership meetings involving Stephen Harper, George Bush and Felipe Calderon. The agent provocateurs were picking up rocks and being aggressive. They were called out by protesters and then dove into the police line. At that point, it is visible that the "protesters" are wearing police boots - the same boots worn by police officers.

There's a fine line between voicing your dissent and putting yourself in harm's way. Anyone in Toronto or Huntsville this summer, please be very careful and use your discretion.

One of the safest events is the People's Summit going on at Ryerson University the weekend before the actual Summit. (June 18-20) This is civil society's alternative counter summit to the G8/G20 and will include community organizers, activists, non-governmental organizations, independent media, workers, impacted communities and artists. The people.

But for those who would like to demonstrate during the G8/G20 meetings (June 25-27), those events are listed, also.

And the Sun in Libra (diplomatic relations) squares Pluto in Capricorn (hidden strategic manoevres within power hierarchies) on the first degrees of those cardinal signs. The initial push...

Article here. Although, the CBC article is just official line garbage. It's pretty hilarious (black humour) that people have to read the list of G20 nations as well as the connection to the World Bank and International Monetary Fund from an online commenter rather than in the CBC article itself. Since CBC was stripped to the bone and moved to mostly videojournalists to "save money," its coverage is little better than the privates. I suppose it's what you would expect these days from state-funded journalism, but it used to be so much better. A long, long time ago...or was it really so long ago?

There are tonnes of videos on YouTube that show the insane police presence - martial law, in actuality.

A CNN reporter was hit by some tear gas (*gasp!*), which apparently is a big story. The hundreds of thousands of protesters who have been gassed and shot with rubber bullets (which cause way more pain than the word "rubber" would lead you to believe) at protests over the past 15 years don't make the news, but here is a video about CNN Guy taking a hit of tear gas.

If the robotic Big Brother voice and the use of sound weapons (on anyone, let alone legally protesting citizens) don't disturb the hell out of you, I fear you've already accepted the New World Order.

Note: YouTube removed the first video I linked to showing the use of the sound weapons (LRADs), so I posted another.

The sound weapons are called LRADs (Long Range Acoustic Devices) and were "originally intended to be used by American warships to warn incoming vessels approaching without permission."

Nice to see they've adapted the use of these weapons for use on U.S. citizens voicing their opposition and practising lawful assembly in the streets. These weapons can permanently destroy a person's hearing.

They used CS gas (a derivative of cyanide), tear gas, pepper spray, water cannons filled with chemicals and rubber bullets on us in Quebec City at the Free Trade Area of the Americas protest in 2001, but I haven't seen these sound weapons being used before. Disturbing doesn't even cover it. It's being reported on internet news sources that this is the first time in history sound weapons have been used on citizens. Escalation of militarized police states...

Pluto in Capricorn relating to control of hierarchical institutions and control of people through those institutions, especially those institutions related to the use of force with a top-down chain of command.

Civilian protesters are also reporting seeing police with microwave guns, also referred to as Active Denial Systems. No, folks. This is not science fiction. I wish it were. These ADSs are "millimeter-wave transmitters primarily used for crowd control," informally called pain rays. Basically, these weapons direct electromagnetic radiation at a person "causing an intensely painful sensation of extreme heat." I think we can see from the overuse of taser weapons (and related injuries and deaths) where the possiblities of misuse lie with these things...

All the while, the corporate-owned media writes the protesters off as "anarchists." hahaha Oooooh, the big, scary anarchists! They're gonna get you if you don't allow thousands of riot police to roam your streets and tell you what you can do and where you can go. While so-called elected leaders sell your country to the highest corporate bidder behind closed doors.

You can see Pluto in Capricorn trying to unearth this stuff, but the state control is still doing its job of keeping people in the dark.

Who pulls the strings of the puppets?

Another creepy thing about this G8/G20 shift is that the next G8 summit will go on in Huntsville, Ontario, Canada in June of 2010, and the G20 summit (hosted by South Korean President Myung-bak Lee) will go on SIMULTANEOUSLY.

For "world governing bodies" that already lack transparency, accountability and public awareness, doubling up the summits is just going to make those problems worse. They seem to be layering their big strategic meetings so that the process is even more opaque and removed from view. I'm sure this is purposeful...and very Plutonic. Merging the activities of bodies of power, consolidating the power and remaining murky about the decisions made behind closed doors, outside public awareness.

Using this same strategy, the United Nations General Assembly is going on at the same time as the G20 Summit in Pittsburgh.

Again, layering of events, crowding the media and allowing much less public attention for each individual event.

It's an absolute mockery of what government is supposed to be. Government is supposed to work for the people, not the other way around. Government is supposed to act on the will of the people, in the best interests of all citizens. The will of the people doesn't enter into the equation here. The majority of people have no idea what these governments are up to. How can we when it's all done behind fences and armed riot police?
