Suicide Prevention Post: You are Loved & You Are Needed. Stay Here With Me.

Photos: Willow

We are in the thick of the Pluto (corruption/death) in Capricorn (business/hierarchy) years, and people are being placed under layers and layers of manufactured stress. These manufactured stresses often stem from corrupt institutions that are being accepted by people as normal, sane, and legitimate.

These corrupt institutions include the money system and stock markets, as well as business and governmental models.

People feel forced to play roles and to keep up in structures that are increasingly insane, inhumane, illegitimate, violent, deadly, and devoid of soul.

People are being ruled through fear, coercion, and artificially-stimulated adrenalin - a very weak foundation, indeed, which works to break people down over the course of time.

Many are unaware of the extreme emotional and psychological violence being perpetuated by these institutions and blame themselves solely for the troubles they are encountering.

All this can break the human psyche down pretty quickly. In fact, the manufactured pressures are designed to do just that.

In an attempt to cope, people are taking pharmaceuticals for which suicidal thoughts or actions are known side effects.

There is also a covert use of energy weapons and electromagnetic frequencies underway that is creating suicidal thinking and actions in people.

If you are feeling suicidal or are having suicidal thoughts, please know that you are not alone in what you are experiencing. It is a widespread phenomenon. Also know that you can move out of the most detrimental suicidal thinking with enough time, awareness, and support. It may require some changes in your life and in the way you think about things, but you can do it.

Suicidal thoughts are temporary - even if they last off-and-on for years. The problems you are experiencing are not as big or impossible as they seem to you, and many of them have been intentionally manufactured by forces outside yourself.

Please know that the pressures being intentionally heaped upon you are not of your doing. You have not created them. You have not done something terribly wrong. You are not a failure.

Hate the state, and hate its violence against life. Don't hate yourself.

Don't allow the state to trick you into hating yourself.

From a previous post:

"In a great many instances, institutions want you to fail. They train you to fail. Because they benefit from, make money from, your failure.

Institutions destroy people. They sometimes destroy people quickly. Usually, however, it's a slow, eroding, toxifying collapse over the course of time...

The current constructs and power dynamics have lost legitimacy in the minds of all but the most conditioned.

What you have to do, pretty babies, is destroy its importance in your mind before it destroys you.

Get out from under the psychological weight of it however you can.

Step right out from under it.

Annihilate it.

Because it will crush you if you give it the chance.

Whatever is oppressing you so heavily right now doesn't matter.

Whatever is stressing you out doesn't matter. It's bullshit. Take responsibility for what's yours and get rid of the rest. Give it up to the universe, your higher power, God.

You're what matters.

You are loved...

To a great extent, our institutions are devoid of humanity. But that doesn't mean we have to be...

One of the ways they crush us is by isolating us. They make us feel as if we're the only ones going through it, as if we're irretrievably damaged goods, as if we'll never have access to what's good in life.

Understand that whenever Pluto is involved, the roots of the situation are immensely complex. Each individual struggling is part of a massive Plutonic network struggling with the same thing...

We have to work to connect with each other, even though it's hard, and to love and care for each other, or they've got us. They've stripped us of one of the primary things that makes life worth living on this planet - our loving, compassionate humanity, given and received...

Understand, if you're going through hell, there are hundreds, thousands, millions more who are going through it right alongside you. They're living almost the exact same story...or worse.

You're never alone. Please reach out when you need to. Express what's going on to those you trust, even though it's hard.

They keep us isolated in shame and embarrassment. Feeling like damaged goods. Feeling abnormal. Don't be ashamed. There isn't one thing we need to be ashamed of. It's the ones enforcing this violence who should be ashamed."

The personal planets are now moving through Taurus and will make tough oppositions to Saturn Rx in Scorpio from the end of April through mid-June. This indicates a time period that could be quite rough on the self-esteem and self-worth.

"These oppositions indicate a time period (late April to mid-June) when resources are tight, money is tight, and accumulation is difficult. We are aware of this tightness even more than usual, and this can create points of acute frustration." You can read about this in more detail here: A New Moon Eclipse in Taurus and Themes of Complex and Hidden Value.

As we move out of the intense stresses of the exact cardinal Grand Cross configuration (April 20 - 23) and into these tight Taurus-Scorpio themes, it will be easy to feel crappy about our finances and our material insecurity. It will be easy to tie our self-worth to our dwindling earning potential or bank accounts. It will be easy to forget our inherent worth.

So we must buck that trend.

Please know that you are loved, and you are needed on this planet. You are worth so much more than any amount of money or material goods. You are so much more than a paycheque.

Please do not forget all the people who need your presence in this world. There are people you don't even know who are glad you are alive. You being on this planet makes life easier and better for so many - even people you have only met in passing, even the slightest of acquaintances, even people you haven't met in the flesh. You don't have to earn any money or live the high life to please these people. All you have to do is be you in the world and keep being you in the world.

Don't forget how much you are loved and how devastating it would be for you not to be here anymore.

And please check in with other people - even those you do not know well. A random kind word or light conversation can make all the difference in the world for someone feeling isolated and miserable.

You can write about anything you are experiencing in the comments section of this post or at The Wicked Web. Both these places are safe for people to be honest about what they (and we) are going through.

Willow, thank-you for a heart-full & frank post. Though I live in a small isolated village, I am aware of many who are struggling (& alas, of many who are smugly coplacent & don't give a rip for others).

I've been an "edge dweller" most of my life, always somewhat outside the mainstream. I just couldn't step into it AND be me. It made life harder in some ways, especially as a working single mum, but I have no regrets.
"Waking up" hence has been easier, & applying the principles of "not playing" has stood me in good stead mentally, emotionally & spiritually (if not materially) for getting through these hard times.

Keeping our humanity - yes - refusing to compete - regarding others with compassion (while refusing to be abused/taken advantage of) - sometimes a delicate balancing act.

I agree - turning to others for support & understanding helps immensely. We need to be discerning, however, in our choices.

Yes, you always have to be careful where you are looking for support and how you are involving yourself with other people.

I'm talking Aquarian era compassion, not Piscean era, "take you down the tubes with it" compassion.

I'm also not a fan of looking for help or support from the same systems perpetuating the violence.

Hi you all,
On tuesday i had a Car Crash. I was standing at a stop. A Young Girl couldnt stop and Crashed into me. Wie all where Lucky. My daughter and The dog where shocked but healthy. The Girl and me had headache until today and shaking-Trauma.
I could get Money from The Girls Car-Insurance-Company for The pain and to repair The Car.
My Car is old. If i had made this Kind of damage by myself i wouldnt repair it. So i also do Not if i dont have to Pay it by myself.
We phoned everyday to See if The Other ones are getting better. Today we both are painfree and Said Goodby and whished us all The best.
I cant Pay my Rent right now and Nobody understands that to me, its more valuable to Take Care of a stranger meet by accident and be taken Care for too, than get Money from an Insurance Company.
You can do both, is The Common request.
Out of System that dont serve my highest Good and feel human beings instead, whenever possible, is important to feel my power right now.

Your Last two posts where Amazing soulful willow.
An das i survived a yearlong suicidal Phase - i can just say The Same: its a Phase. Believe me. You can Stay here.

Thank you Willow. As usual, you are a breath of fresh air.

Sorry to hear about your crash and the deadbeat insurance company, Angelika! I'm glad everyone is OK. Hope you find rent somehow, too. :-( We're in a pitiful state, aren't we?

Just before I graduated from university, I was on my way to work and was T-boned in an intersection by a teenager who didn't see the red light. Then I crashed into a pole. Was blacking out and had soft tissue injury and whiplash, and the police left me on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, miles from anything. Cunts. Luckily, a random passerby stopped his car and took me to a phone. I did get an insurance settlement for the car (nothing for the soft tissue injury), but it was something like 1K, and I had just spent $1,200 on the brakes.

"An das i survived a yearlong suicidal Phase - i can just say The Same: its a Phase. Believe me. You can Stay here."

Word.

Thank-you, Anon 4:01! That comment is a breath of fresh air for me.

Dear Willow,

This Cardinal Cross, plus Saturn squaring my natal Pluto have been a huge energy drain on me physically more than psychically. I can't wait for Mars to get out of my Libra stellium and move on!

Thanks for your kind and thoughtful post, as always.

Sorry to hear about you guy's accidents. Yikes, with Pluto in the 3rd Natal, It's always been one of my biggest fears. I do like driving but for me, it just seems like the risk isn't worth the enjoyment. I just cant get over being possibly mauled in a blink of an eye.

I guess with such a wild childhood full of trauma Im tired, and need the rest of my life without something like that happening.

With Mars In Libra in my 3rd, I have been staying very alert. The only thing I need to work on is my rate of speed when Biking next to parked cars, as the streets in NYC can get pretty clogged with double parking, deliveries and residential streets coming from busy throughways.

All it would take is an open door and Im slammed in front of a frustrated cab driver. Happens all the time here. Hopefully by writing this it will make me all the more aware of it too. Every slow pedal is a extra 5 seconds of response time. I need to curb my urge to bike so fast.

There does seem to be a strange air of violence and trauma around. I was mugged right outside my house the night of the lunar eclipse and then a week later pure Pluto in Capricorn (or so it seemed to me) a bailiff came to politely tow my car away for an unpaid 'congestion charge' fine I had not even been aware of. Their powers are huge; to enforce a minor fine they can take your entire car. I had to pay 1/4 of the value of mine to get it back. So yeah I'm feeling the pinch alright! you are spot on as ever, Willow. Regarding the darker matter of suicide: your words have always resonated with me Willow and I come to this site frequently when the darkness of depression and isolation (or perceived isolation, the lack of communication which seems just as bad) threatened me and whispered to me it would be better to give up. Willow's insights are tough and realistic but somehow so much more galvanising than others' facile promises that 'it will get better'. Thanks a million again Willow you are a lifesaver, literally. x Ruth

Greg F. - May 20 is your day to meditate on, then. First full day of Mars direct. :-)

Yes, Jason, please be mindful when biking and stay safe. The universe loves those "check and balance" situation where you're just a touch too reckless and it gives you a spanking for it. No going too fast, please! We need you whole and healthy. :-)

Thank-you for your comment, Ruth. It's why I've done this blog, I think, so I'm glad to know it helps when times are bleak - though I hate hearing that people are going through things so rough. Sorry to hear about the bureaucratic financial garbage with your car and the mugging (scary), also. But yes - don't tie yourself too closely to those events. It is actually nothing personal. The system treats most people equally badly! ;-)

I just had a $1,400 repair bill on a car I wouldn't be able to sell for that much, so I sort of understand. It's much more enraging in your case, though. Useless, pointless, idiotic tickets that are basically designed as a money grab. That really makes me incensed.

I remember getting a parking ticket right outside the house where I lived in the city. I was so "feral, common sense country girl" at that time that it didn't even occur to me that a person wouldn't be able to park outside the house where she was living. hahaha City life had much to teach me at that point!

I contested it, and they forgave the ticket...and the reason they forgave it? Because I had been dumped on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, injured and blacking out, by two idiot cops! One small justice. But really - one parking ticket forgiven DID NOT make up for it.

Wow Willow, wow, so wonderful, your post brought tears to my eyes. This is why I became a patron of yours. You are so gifted. This post made my husband and I feel so much better. You clarified ideas that we have been wrestling with in the middle of what has been an unprecedented hellish period of time in our lives (and it ain't over yet, but we'll get through it). Thank you.

Willow said...

Yes, you will get through it. Glad this helped!

And thanks for being a patron!

Happy May Day Willow. Here is a "virtual bouquet" for you and your beautiful, helpful words.

And yes, I have May 20th circled on my calendar for a direct Mars! Actually, this recent solar eclipse has been a turning point for me, and I have much more energy this week.

I hope May is better for you, and the others here who suffered during April's Grand Cross.

Be well!

WOW what a Superb blog. This is rare to find.
I would wish all desperate people to read those words and derive some comfort & reassurance.. to recognise the true fact that the system we are living in is Psychopathic, because it has been devised and is run by Psychopaths.

yes Willow there is something to everyone that is worth fighting and keeping alive. In the end it doesn't really matter. The sufferings you have in this world is to teach you. Loosing hope and wanting to end is actually a sudden natural reaction. It is basically your body telling you that you are now at the bottom and that there is no other bottom. If you realize this, the only road you're going to is up. Pain is needed in life for human to feel alive to know what is worth and why you are here. I know it's a bit weird when I say that the most painful thing in your life is actually the pivot the climax the one opportunity for you to make it better and when you do you no doubt will make life turn around. I have been to suicidal moments. Some people like to feel melow, it is a weird system that function in the ego world, lower-self world. But it is needed for the higher-self to awaken. It is like you need to have night for the sun to rise and know that sun is rising. If your life is always sunny daylight you can't tell if its the sun rising or whatever. You need pain, but how far it should go, your heart knows it. Whether you make it through or not it all depends on your profound morality, values, and wisdom. Those with strong foundation make it through, time and time again. Even heroes need their match and incidents where heroes do need to die for a new hero better hero to emerge. That is the same way going on within a human soul. If you've gone through pain and you are now fine, you know you are a better person than when you had your first pain. God wants you to know that pain is relative to body and mind, but the soul, the pure soul after going through intense and numerous pains and failures emerge as the super soul knows that it is beyond. When you reach a point where pain and gain are pretty much the same, you're englightened. Humans are entangled by the duality of good and bad, short and tall, day and night, right and wrong. When you achieve beyond this duality, your super soul emerge. Part of the most painful things in your life is only the extreme of the bad section. Have you experienced the most wonderful things in life but can't feel a thing? When your life experience gathers both of these moments at a much often time or regular basis, you will start to learn to eradicate this duality. It is hard to explain and make understand if it has never happen in your life but I am sure all beings will go to this. Know that there is a higher level than love, but until then love is your highest place. The moment you don't care about death, the moment you don't care about what matters most to you, the moment you don't think of anything anymore......

This is the song version of what Willow is getting message across: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7Sg2jRG54U

Lyrics below:
Why so blue
Why do you start to break
Under a misty moon
Under your skies of grey
Well, in this life, you know
Storms are bound to come
But try not to worry about it
Sun's gonna shine again
Love won't leave you out in the rain

So walk that road
Remembering you're not alone
You got someone to lean on
Something to call your own

Just have alittle faith and then
When the clouds roll in
You won't have to worry about it
Love's gonna shelter you
Love won't leave you out in the rain

And when life seems to lose all rhythm
Love'll show you how to dance
Given half a chance
And given time, in love you'll find
A peacefull place, a friendly place
A harbor on the sea of loneliness

Mark my words
Love's gonna cover you
And when you're stuck, in the dead of night
Love's gonna pull you through
And I'll be the one you know
Sayin' "I told you so"
And life will be easier livin'
Once you begin to learn
Love won't leave you out in the rain.

I'm weighing in again, this is so compelling. What I have learned after the hell (months of unrelenting stress) that started in late December and has at times threatened to make me take that "walk into the ocean" is that ***music***, painting and best of all - planting seeds, caring for them and watching them grow has been the best source of sanity and happiness. I quote the Talking Heads - "having fun with no money". That's what real, and also real people. Thanks again Willow, so glad I found this blog and can read all the comments from all these wonderful people. We are not alone.
