Mercury in Aries Square Stationing Pluto in Capricorn: Information Warfare, Weaponized Propaganda, and Government Mind-Scanning for "Subversive Thoughts"

[DARPA is the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, an agency of the United States Department of Defense responsible for developing emerging technologies for use by military. Since this article was released in 2011 and the government's technological capabilities are always far beyond what is acknowledged to the public, it's likely that these technologies and many more are already being used.] 

"The program is called "Narrative Networks." By understanding how stories have shaped your mind, the Pentagon hopes to sniff out who has fallen prey to dangerous ideas...With this knowledge, the military can also target groups vulnerable to terrorists' recruiting tactics with its own counter-messaging...

In the first 18-month phase of the program, the Pentagon wants researchers to study how stories infiltrate social networks and alter our brain circuits...

Once scientists have perfected the science of how stories affect our neurochemistry, they will develop tools to "detect narrative influence." These tools will enable "prevention of negative behavioral outcomes ... and generation of positive behavioral outcomes, such as building trust." In other words, the tools will be used to detect who's been controlled by subversive ideologies, better allowing the military to drown out that message and win people onto their side.

"The government is already trying to control the message, so why not have the science to do it in a systematic way?" said the researcher familiar with the project...

Existing technology can carry out micro-facial feature analysis, and measure the dilation of blood vessels and eye pupils. MRI machines can determine which parts of your brain is lighting up when it responds to stories. Darpa wants to do even better.

In fact, it's calling for devices that detect the influence of stories in unseen ways. "Efforts that rely solely on standoff/non-invasive/non-detectable sensors are highly encouraged," the solicitation reads.

 

Forget lie detectors; invisible propaganda-detectors are the future." 

Communication planet Mercury is in Aries, the sign of the military, warriors, instincts, rights, and attacks. 

Mercury in Aries is forming a clashing square aspect to Pluto in Capricorn (corrupt hierarchical power structures) just as Pluto stations retrograde tomorrow, April 25, at 24 degrees. Mercury also forms a square to Jupiter in Capricorn tomorrow night. The Sun forms a conjunction to Uranus early on the morning of April 26, shining a light on technology, global issues, and the future (Uranus).

This astrology indicates themes of information (Mercury) warfare (Aries), militarized propaganda, and the use of information to terrorize, manipulate, and control (Pluto).

With Saturn in early Aquarius, acting as precursor to the 20-year Pluto in Aquarius transit (2023 - 2043), we are seeing an attempt to lock us into new, control-based technological frameworks, including those that would involve mind scanners seeking out "subversive thoughts."

With wounded healer Chiron transiting Aries (2018 - 2027), we are seeing the rollout of "medical" martial law around the world with a horrifying infringement on health-based rights and body sovereignty.

World governments already have at their disposal SmartHelmets which can be worn by police officers to scan a person's body temperature from up to five meters away in order to determine if he or she might be carrying a virus. These helmets are also equipped with facial recognition technology (of course they are) and 5G wireless.

Police checkpoints are being set up in some countries to screen for people who might be ill. A 37-year old man named Thai Xuan Hung was recently imprisoned for 18 months in Vietnam for refusing to have his body temperature taken at one of these checkpoints.  

High-profile German medical lawyer Beate Bahner was assaulted by police and confined in a psychiatric institution against her will over the Easter weekend for questioning the constitutionality of the worldwide lockdown. 

Orwellian really is an understatement at this point. 

Throughout the lock-step global authoritarian power grab masquerading as pandemic, we have seen an immense wave of censorship and informational crack-down. 

Major social media platforms Facebook and YouTube have announced that they will be censoring any information deemed "conspiracy theory" related to the current scenario. This includes possible links to health damage caused by the 5G wireless rollout. (You may recall that the term "conspiracy theorist" was developed in 1967 by the CIA in order to discredit those who questioned the official narrative around the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.)

Many videos questioning the legitimacy of the current worldwide lockdown, the official statistics, or the possible link to 5G have been removed, and entire Facebook groups have been deleted. The Stop 5G UK group, in particular, had 67,000 members before it was removed by Facebook in early April 2020.

Google has also announced that it will be censoring any searches related to health effects from either 4G or 5G wireless technology.

This follows emails being sent to the mayor and city councilors here. The only response I got was this hilarious exchange from a staunchly pro-5G city councilor who calls 5G concerns "fake news." 

The informational crackdown was all laid out in the Event 201 global pandemic drill that was held in New York City on October 18, 2019. This drill even used a novel coronavirus as its focus.

This coincided with the World Military Games that were held October 18 - 27, 2019 in Wuhan, China, where the outbreak is said to have originated.

This might be mere coincidence, but it's well-established that the powers-that-be love their symbolic numerology...
